How it works
- Conversation. We schedule a call, understand your exposure preferences and timelines, and register you as a qualified prospective investor.
- Allocation. When a closed-date opportunity opens in your areas of interest, we share the company materials and the SPV terms.
- Close. If you elect to participate, you invest into a single-purpose vehicle at the target company's round, with transparent fee terms.
